NYC Flatcar
Title:  NYC Flatcar
Description:  This car has been in Decatur for quite some time. I have seen it used in local switching as a shoving platform, but mostly it stays in the CSX yard. They move it around in the yard from time to time. Right now it's shoved on to a siding near a ready-mix plant. It has been there for several weeks.
